Largo terms of use
Agreement
By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app
The app offers a daily crossword, sudoku and word search puzzles in large print, for entertainment. Today's puzzles and the 6 days before them (mini crossword, gentle sudoku and gentle word search) are free. Puzzle Club unlocks the older archive, the weekend crossword and harder levels. We may change or add features and puzzles.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute the puzzles or the app, interfere with the app or its subscription checks, or break the law with it. Printing puzzles for yourself, family and friends is fine.
Puzzles and ownership
The app, its design and its puzzle content belong to Prax and its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.
Subscriptions
- What you get: Puzzle Club unlocks the archive beyond the free days, the weekend 7x7 crossword and the medium and challenging levels of sudoku and word search. The free puzzles stay free.
- Plans: a yearly plan ($19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) and a monthly plan ($2.99 per month). Prices shown in the app, from the store, are the ones that apply to you; they may differ by country and can change with notice from the store.
- Free trial and renewal: the trial is free for 7 days. When it ends you are charged the yearly price, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions then renew automatically each period until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Google Play account (or Apple ID on iOS).
- Cancel: in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or this link) or in your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: payments are handled by Google Play or Apple, so refund requests go to them under their policies. We cannot refund store purchases ourselves.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We try to make every puzzle fair and correct, but errors can happen. Puzzles are for enjoyment only; they are not a medical or health product and we make no claims about health or memory.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Prax is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Istanbul. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection or right to sue in your local courts that the law of your country of residence gives you.
